One thing they kept me from getting this mod is it says on the official download page for labworks that this can break being able to access local files on your headset or something similarly stated.
Is this not the case?
I would not want to jeopardize being able to side-load any other sidequest games to use this mod, but I really want this.

I doubt it as its just a mod file. You can access files with sideloaded file managers

Its really cool they managed to get it all in there. I played so much Boneworks back when it released and always hoped they port it to standalone.
Weird that stresslevel didnt do it themselves. I would buy the game in an heart beat if they made and actual optimized standalone port.
This will probably be alot better when they eventually come out with the 4th patch for Bonelab, and the refreshed SDK
Felt like this mod runs a bit on the slow side. Fully playable, but far from the best experience you'll get with this game.
Wonder if this has any benefits from the Quest game optimizer, or if it alredy utilizing 100% of its gpu/cpu for this

It would be smart of Stress Level Zero to use this to make a standalone port and throw the modders some cash. I haven't played Boneworks in a while but it seemed pretty similar to me but that could be in part to my pc hardware / router setup not being the best.

If Bonelab is downloaded it would be there. Are you sure you clicked the right folders and didn't go past it? Even if you think you did, I'd double check that just to be certain.

There is a folder called “Mod Staging” but that’s a different folder than the mod folder. Look for the one in that same area that just says “mods”
