- WOOF! I've been following this comic for a while and I absolutely ADORE it! This is my shot at portraying Jayce the red fox as he recounts a rather harrowing memory to Kai, the human boy. Comic belongs to www.furaffinit... and my voice belongs to me. I uploaded this with Keycaliber's permission. Enjoy!

I Love Keycaliber's "Another Fairy Tale Chapter 2" Furry Comic Dub
Yes, Another Fairy Tale! I love that comic! Everything about it is supposed to make you FEEL that you should be watching a classic 2D Disney animated movie, but for adults. Almost every character is reminiscent of a classic Disney character.
- Kaii is the standard relatable Everyman main protagonist character archetype so many Disney movies have.
- Kaii’s mother being dead is similar to A LOT of main protagonists who have or end up having one or both dead parents from Disney movies.
- Kaii’s father, Rogger, looks like Amos Slade from The Fox & the Hound, but is thankfully nice.
- Miss Willow looks like Widow Tweed from The Fox & the Hound.
- Jayce is a perfect combination of Robbin Hood from Disney’s Robbin Hood & Tod from The Fox & the Hound.
Also, the creator even openly stated that he was inspired by Disney’s Robbin Hood & The Fox & the Hound when he created this comic.
Plus, it’s a really good portal fantasy/isekai. Which, when you think about it, is symbolic to the magic of Disney to begin with. Think about it. Kaii openly states in the comic…
“I…I only wish for a better life than this one. A life where I can be happy for once. A life, where I can be free from this reality. Hmph…yeah right, as if there is such a place….”
That dialogue was by far the most relatable line of dialogue I had ever read from any character, ever. Every child who grew up watching Disney films, including myself, honestly WISHED they could just leave this world that we live in behind and just travel to a wonderful fairytale fantasy world like the one’s Disney creates. Why? Because let’s just be honest, the world that we live in is rarely if at all interesting. Most of the time it’s boring at best and it just flat out sucks at worst.
I literally felt for Kaii when he said that. I literally just wanted to sit by him out by that lake, pat his shoulder to console him, and say, “Me too, my guy. Me too. Trust me, man, I know exactly how you feel.”
I haven’t felt a scene that relatable in a long time since the binary sunset scene from Star Wars Episode 4: A New Hope, when Luke was looking out over the horizon seeing the binary sunset.
I seriously want to see you do a complete comic dub of this series. I’ve been waiting for someone to make a comic dub for SO LONG. I would love that.

Woah, you really know the comic well!!! I stumbled upon it maybe a year ago and felt much the same way... I could feel the exact feel you mention - the adult Disney feel!! Just the style, the story, etc! I would really love to see it animated one day, although I know how much work that is and know it probably won't happen :'( I did my best to give it at least one more dimension of realism
