It was really informative video, that chewing gum tip was really very unique and I would definitely try it sometime... I also had sinus problem earlier and suffered a lot from blocked nose, I accidently discovered a method that eased my problem when it occurred, I'll mention the steps below:
1: lie on bed by belly
2: if your left nostril is blocked put your right fist under your right cheek firmly
3: keep left nostril higher as compared to right nostril
4: pull the left nostril from the opening to increase the vent size.
5: breathe firmly...
I don't know how but this procedure helped me a lot and I thought to share it with you and your viewers who might benefit from it...
I also get infected by Sinusitis due to dust and very cold weather. Thanks for suggesting all these things😊 Very nice video👌🏻

India is probably not the best place to grow up with your conditions, but its great to see how you have found solutions.
