- In the past months, I've been working really hard on a new, independent online course on Tailwind CSS called Pro Tailwind.
Here's a sneak peek at what you can expect from it! 👀

Is this fine for people with no previous experience with tailwind? Ty
No, this course is going to skip the basics (how Tailwind CSS works, the utility-first philosophy etc) and jump straight into advanced topics.
There are a lot of great Tailwind beginner-level resources out there - I think if you watch some of my videos on the Tailwind Labs channel first, you'll be fine with the workshops!
Will it be made in React or Nextjs?? Looking forward to it.
Hey! The course tries to be as framework agnostic as possible in the content - but to support state/logic, I'll be using Next.js.
Contemplating building the app in multiple other frameworks to allow folks to follow along with their preferred stack.
Hell Yeah, already signed up and even more interested because it's you making it!
Hey Simon, any ETA to release the course? Keep up the awesome work!
Hopefully in Svelte? I shall wait....
still waiting for this :D
Me too! 😅
I already know the course will be great, but what I've learned today is how to pronounce your surname! 😂
Haha yep, you're not the first one to tell me that! 🎉
Seems like a pretty fun Tailwind project, keep it up!
Thanks! Yeah it's been pretty fun putting it all together 👍
What is the expected release date? Definitely on board
Not quite sure - I'm going to teach a few live workshops first to refine the materials. I might also do a "staggered" launch because there are 4 different modules. Could release the first and then add the other ones. Teaching my first workshop in 3 weeks!
Wow!! 🆒
Looks awesome! 🔥
Nice one Simon, really looking up to it. I loved Tailwind because of how you teach it. On the side though, I was hoping you would do a video about your code editor setup, I really love it! The color makes writing Tailwind classy...
I see what you did there 😉👏
I use the "Night Owl" theme for vscode by Sarah Drasner, with the Dank Mono font 👍
@@simonswiss Thanks so much Simon, I appreciate it. I will be trying it out ASAP!
@@oldo-nicho Lol
I love this guy
just signed up
Thank you! 🙏
just curious about your opinion and didn't find any talks with you about this topic: what do you think of using material components and tailwind on top inside a component based framework like angular/react?
From my pov I see benefits of speeding up development process and not many downsides.
Thank you.
You're welcome!
Website seems to be lagging!
Wow really great i have been searching for a way to do that of multiple theme can't wait
Nice, that's great to hear!
Man i love your content
