Man sleeping in my apt lobby 3 29 20

I was arriving home from work and could see through the lobby window what appears to be a homeless man sleeping on the bench in our lobby. After dropping my stuff off in my apartment I decided to go and ask him to leave. Not to be mean but because there are a number of elderly, vulnerable people that live here and I don't know what he's capable of doing, just that I know he doesn't live here.
