Franklin showed Man-Boy that he couldn’t come between his loyalty for Leon, and also showed Leon that when you wrong you wrong, “In Private” so that Man-Boy wouldn’t think he can come between the two. Very Powerful scene.

So he is numb to the fact that he bends the rules when it benefits himself he doesn’t care about how no one else see it, because he was dealt the same cards in life in general.
