This was a joke mod released by ppl close to the Nofrag website, an old website centered around fps and pc gaming. They were very critic against the casualisation of fps, gamepad aiming and DLC business model ( now they are as noskill, paid reviever and uninteresting as the rest as the french gaming journalism)
The sad thing is, they were partially right before becoming part of what they spoke against. Corners being cut, projects being worse, DLC becoming 20$ skins. All because being casual/mainstream adds to the sales far great for more profits and less effort.

Kinda like late nineties apple using 1984 references to fight MS monopoly, look where they are now, they went for the "brave new world" route instead....
I think it would have been funnier if, instead of a flashlight, the light was coming from your stomach icon instead. It would be more accurate to care bear lore
