Sounds good! Sometimes homes in the communities are on the market, but the homeowners still live there. Occasionally, there are some new construction homes that may be more available for filming. Very very few. Usually, once an areas gains traction on demand the land prices increase, so in order to maximize the investment the home's footprint is made smaller and homes are built upward. Additionally, most people like/prefer the taller presentation that appears to be more grand. In our area, there are a few new homes being built as single levels, but more are going to be older homes (even remodeled).
