Japan in London: Where to find Shokupan and making Sandos

I went on a mini adventure in the cold to Happy Sky Bakery. A beautiful Japanese Bakery near me. I picked out some delicious Shokupan to make an egg mayonnaise (with Japanese mayo, of course! from Ichiba!)
