No, Berni was always the lead singer, she has a much better voice. But I think Coleen's management are behind the reunion, plus she does have the highest public profile at the moment

The Nolans without Anne is simply not the Nolans .... I agree that vocally she didn't hold a candle to Bernie (none of them did ) . Based on what I've heard, I think the decision to exclude her from this reunion stinks and as a result I have reluctantly decided not to attend the tour. It simply would not be the same.
I find it sad .... I have always liked the Nolans, particularly for their professionalism and ability to harmonise properly. But comments like "30 years since Coleen, Bernie, Linda and Maureen took the pop scene by storm " really makes me angry ... IT SIMPLY ISN'T TRUE.
