@@amy-295 probably a device issue or settings issue, I'm using my potato phone, well this was mid range phone back in 2022 so now I'm sure it's below specs almost potato now and never had issues with the game except some bugs that are natural to have and were fixed.
If you use a laptop/pc within minimum or above required specs no way the game runs better in my phone than on your device 🤣

For frame of reference, the Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500 is about the equivalent of a Nvidia GeForce GT 720.
AKA: The minimum recommended GPU is over around 1000% FASTER than the one they have on their laptop, if I'm not mistaken

One of the optimizations they need is high disk use at the start of the game, even SSD have hard time because of 100% uses.
However it will fix if you turn off windows anti cheat.
What I found in reddit was, Wuwa uses Tencent's anti cheat and that is causing the lag while windows also trying to prevent malicious software by other software in check. In short both fighting with each other, one to protect and other one to find cheat in your pc and you are being fu*ked up in between 😅

If you have an HDD the game will be unplayable, I don't know why there are people who never mention that.
The game runs smoothly for me but with many freezes.

I have. Snapdragon 845 and it lags alot when i fight enemies or explore but sometimes when its not crowded it works fine for example in domains and sometimes audio delay also happens its common but genshit impact runs smoothly in 60 fps in high graphics optimization between these two games are miles different

I have something worse in some ways, and i3 4005U 1.7 GHz, but I have an SSD. The game runs better than this after massive tweaking, (and some issues that seem to come from the anti cheat from the game, the audio problem seems to be that the game is allowed to take control of Windows sound driver, it can be changed and a lot of the problems with cpu usage reduced, and the audio doesn't glitch) at least I can do dailies and have some fights (easy ones).

just a small tip, you can actually edit configuration files to remove the grasses and permanently put resolution scaling in your game, try that I'm sure it will perform a lot better.

it's funny because i play on an 8gb ram pc. They can't announce the ps5 release soon enough for me. my framerates dip almost as bad as yours, and i have it on lowest settings but my resolution isn't nearly as bad as yours. it plays smoothly.. off and on.. and by smoothly i mean in the vicinity of 25 fps. ain't no world in which i'm beating high level phantoms, but i can get 21 star in the tower.
I heard they're gonna release it soon on PS4 and PS5
Look at it this way, once it comes on PS5, you’ll be a beast at the game because you’ve been basically playing it on extra hard so far lol

I play the game in i5 processor which has built in Intel ir Xe graphics card and I do face lag and it takes 5 min for the game to load but yea after that it's pretty smooth ❤
How do you get it run at 800x600? Everytime i tried to use even 720p it keeps reverting back to 1650x1050 for no reason 😭
i went to the actual laptop screen settings and set it to 800x600, the game then sets to follow and runs at 4:3 res lol

how about use SQlite and change some settings like resolution to reach 800x600 or lower
i have a zen 2 ryzen, and its vega 6 igpu can run 40-50 fps at low settings 1080p with FSR

but before update 1.1 i can play it like full no lag at all but after update Boom every second got delay like on video
If u ask how i fix the lag there a reddit post of it just use mod settings

My laptop can run Destiny 2 on lowest setting just fine but lagging while running this game on lowest setting. Yeah they need better optimization.
