It was funny to watch as she was basically saying so like take the shot like now, now... after the shot the only emotion 20 minutes later in hell's canyon is Lower back feeling , legs cramping feeling lol lungs get some feelings , all kinds of feelings. Congratulations on the harvesting of some of our awesome state's elk ... now hide all proof of our state please.
Hahah 🤷🏼♀️ why? It is private land through my friends outfit. But 30k acres and BLM land around the area as well in hells canyon doesn’t change the fact that we hike our ever loving tails off 😂♥️
@@kristyleecook15 I know you work hard for your elk and I commend both you and your outfitter friend for hunting in the old-fashioned way - getting out there and walking to the elk. I’m just jealous seeing all those elk. I’m 64 and I’m still an old-fashioned hunter too. My comment was mostly because your videos make it seem like they are the reality of hunting elk in that unit. But for the 99% of us who have to hunt in the public 10% of the unit, the reality is totally different. There are 2-tracks literally every 100 yards of huntable land and tons of “hunters” on ATVs driving all over them (wondering why the elk are all on private land). I’ll never be able to afford the prices the outfitter charges for a guided hunt. I wish a person could arrange with landowners for a self guided hunt on their land, but that’s not possible either. It’s amazing country, but it’s not worth hunting on and I just needed to vent about it before I try to find a new area that’s not overrun with ATVs.
