Hi Gordon. We have lived in Esterito for 12 years - we are a little closer to the Malecon. However, this location just a few more blocks back make it a lot quieter and still in walking distance to shopping, the Malecon and so much. I'm sad to see my neighbors selling - but hope to welcome new ones to the neighborhood soon. You did a great job presenting this house.

I was waiting to see if the glass touched your lips. Either it did not happen or it was edited out. Oh well. Actually I viewed that fabulous looking house just today on line. The price was even a pleasant surprise. I'm a bit spoiled living here in a small town on the ocean in Nova Scotia where it is usually quite quiet. I'm not sure we are ready for a place so near the hustle and bustle of "down town" La Paz. But we enjoyed the journey for sure. Pleeeeeeeeeease keep them coming. P n D

Is the neighborhood safe?
Totally. La Paz is generally a very safe city!👌
If the place is so nice why is there barbwire and spikes above the gated entrance?
This type of thing is very common here. It's more about visually deterring potential crime then actually stopping any would be robbers. We really don't hear about many break-ins here.

I cant believe you don't disclose the selling price of this home. Most people want to know that. It is otherwise, a waste of time watching the video.
