Pile 1: This is crazy. I was so frustrated when I clicked on this reading. When you were describing this guide, I had an angry crying moment with him. And wow yes... I hear him. He's the only one I hear among my guides. And yes it's a very serious, "let's get it done" and "focus" attitude but still loving. He'd say stuff like "drink ur water" out of nowhere. I'm definitely further along this journey than some others may be, I was actually just thinking earlier today about how I've been working to embrace my femininity recently and not be ashamed of it. For those who are in a poor relationship or have a poor relationship with oneself, my biggest advice is to take time to step away. Give yourself room to breathe freely. Give yourself time and space to be alone and explore at your own pace. Our culture likes to rush us along, but it's important to know that your pace is your own and not what others want it to be. What helped me the most was diving deep into self introspection and self-learning. I didn't have a strong sense of self so I let others define me how they pleased (which was often a form of control or projection of their own insecurities). Becoming more comfortable with who I truly am has been my biggest blessing and I never thought that I'd get to the point where I am now. Even on my hardest days where I'm too tired to keep going, I never consider giving up anymore. You got this!

lol you call this comment long..... to be totally honest, THIS IS THE MOST SHORTEST COMMENT i have ever seen when you compare it to the comments i type..... and i mean this in a very positive way because i really can't type short comments and some people on other channels on RUclips have even said "This as long as a PAGE" ! and please don't apologize for the length of your comment because this comment is some experience that i wish you had never gone through and that you are really tough..... i have been going to doctors because my teachers in school and my mentor in my degree always told my dad that there was something wrong with me because i would never complete my notes nor my exams and in my first semester degree my mentor told my dad that she thought that something was wrong with me just because i was sitting alone at the back of the class and not talking much to other students.....and when i did make friends with one person, this same mentor was like "Rebecca you need to keep your distance from her" and even my parents told me that as well but though i knew this, everytime i told her that i just had to stop being her friend, this girl would just start her water works and would ask me "What have i done to your mentor or parents?" and what do you do in those circumstances? plus when i needed her the most, she was not there and if she was there and i told her a problem, she would just be like "What ever.....your problem....deal with it" while i was always there fighting with my parents, my mentor, my fellow classmates and even her boyfriends (who by the way she would always end up changing every week at the least) because they would either make some comments that made me feel uncomfortable, a comment like "You should be like Rebecca" this comment can be seen as a complement if that person looks at their girlfriend, but when you feel them tell your friend that they should look like you and while telling your friend that they not just look at you or in your direction but you also actually not just catch them slowly looking up and down your body from your bust down to your legs, but also feel that they mean it in a manner that seems creepy, that even your friend would notice you feeling uncomfortable, how can anyone take that as a complement? and some of her boy friends would even pull me aside and tell me that they actually started to fall for me right in front for her and i would get so mad at them and tell them "Okay! i understand that you like me....but what are the chances that if i introduced you to another friend of mine who was better in every way than me, you wouldn't treat me the way you have treated my friend?" and they always told me "I wouldn't do that to you...you are a really nice girl and you are there for your friend...... so there is no way i would treat you like her....to be honest the reason i have been going out with her is just to take advantage of her and then dump her....i would never dump you" but i never believed them..........i have suffered from sever depression and other stuff since childhood ....... but i have never taken to drugs or drinking because it's all thanks to my parents, who had always been there for me and they are also very strict when it comes to drinking alcohol or even me going out to meet guys it's a big NO NO..... and since i am born and brought up in India, as an Indian i will tell you that if your parents get to know that you, a girl, have a boyfriend, then that fact is frowned on...but if you are a boy and you have a girlfriend, then that's fine.....but in the end if you are born and brought up in India, you are expected to marry the person your parents choose for you to marry..... but when times are tough and you are girl and a single/unmarried woman and you are left alone at home, you still have your neighbors to keep an eye on you and if you need something or any kind of help, you know that you can ask your neighbors to help you Anyway, i'll just cut it short now, because i can go on and on..... and.... lol..... i think i made my point as to why i think your message is really short compared to mine..... 🙂.....any way i truly hope that you have an amazingly awesome day today and everyday.....may you always stay and remain safe, protected and blessed always ...sending you tons of love, light and blessings your way.......... 🙂

I went to an art therapist to work through my past abuse. Being able to go right into the subconscious of our mind and have it read by the therapist almost like a tarot reading, worked really well for me because there was so much that I didn’t even understand about myself and the way that I was feeling. Having it out on paper to see really helped a lot. I would highly recommend art therapy to anybody who feels a little bit lost even if you don’t think you have experienced abuse.

I picked Pile 1 and it hardcore resonated with me, especially when you mentioned the guide having stoic energy and also wanting me to appreciate the present moment more. It's crazy you mentioned that because I was recently reflecting and thinking about the fact that a lot of times I've felt down in the past was due to not focusing on the present. Also, I have a feeling that the main spirit guide in that pile might be the Crone Mother, Saturn. I've been healing from this shitshow for the past four years and all I can say for anyone going through this is: You are worth more than crumbs. You are deserving of actual full love. He's the only one I hear among my guides. And yes it's a very serious, "let's get it done" and "focus" attitude but still loving. He'd say stuff like "drink ur water" out of nowhere. I'm definitely further along this journey than some others may be, I was actually just thinking earlier today about how I've been working to embrace my femininity recently and not be ashamed of it.
For those who are in a poor relationship or have a poor relationship with oneself, my biggest advice is to take time to step away. Give yourself room to breathe freely. Give yourself time and space to be alone and explore at your own pace. Our culture likes to rush us along, but it's important to know that your pace is your own and not what others want it to be. What helped me the most was diving deep into self introspection and self-learning. I didn't have a strong sense of self so I let others define me how they pleased (which was often a form of control or projection of their own insecurities). Becoming more comfortable with who I truly am has been my biggest blessing and I never thought that I'd get to the point where I am now. Even on my hardest days where I'm too tired to keep going, I never consider giving up anymore.

lol you call this comment long..... to be totally honest, THIS IS THE MOST SHORTEST COMMENT i have ever seen when you compare it to the comments i type..... and i mean this in a very positive way because i really can't type short comments and some people on other channels on RUclips have even said "This as long as a PAGE" ! and please don't apologize for the length of your comment because this comment is some experience that i wish you had never gone through and that you are really tough..... i have been going to doctors because my teachers in school and my mentor in my degree always told my dad that there was something wrong with me because i would never complete my notes nor my exams and in my first semester degree my mentor told my dad that she thought that something was wrong with me just because i was sitting alone at the back of the class and not talking much to other students.....and when i did make friends with one person, this same mentor was like "Rebecca you need to keep your distance from her" and even my parents told me that as well but though i knew this, everytime i told her that i just had to stop being her friend, this girl would just start her water works and would ask me "What have i done to your mentor or parents?" and what do you do in those circumstances? plus when i needed her the most, she was not there and if she was there and i told her a problem, she would just be like "What ever.....your problem....deal with it" while i was always there fighting with my parents, my mentor, my fellow classmates and even her boyfriends (who by the way she would always end up changing every week at the least) because they would either make some comments that made me feel uncomfortable, a comment like "You should be like Rebecca" this comment can be seen as a complement if that person looks at their girlfriend, but when you feel them tell your friend that they should look like you and while telling your friend that they not just look at you or in your direction but you also actually not just catch them slowly looking up and down your body from your bust down to your legs, but also feel that they mean it in a manner that seems creepy, that even your friend would notice you feeling uncomfortable, how can anyone take that as a complement? and some of her boy friends would even pull me aside and tell me that they actually started to fall for me right in front for her and i would get so mad at them and tell them "Okay! i understand that you like me....but what are the chances that if i introduced you to another friend of mine who was better in every way than me, you wouldn't treat me the way you have treated my friend?" and they always told me "I wouldn't do that to you...you are a really nice girl and you are there for your friend...... so there is no way i would treat you like her....to be honest the reason i have been going out with her is just to take advantage of her and then dump her....i would never dump you" but i never believed them..........i have suffered from sever depression and other stuff since childhood ....... but i have never taken to drugs or drinking because it's all thanks to my parents, who had always been there for me and they are also very strict when it comes to drinking alcohol or even me going out to meet guys it's a big NO NO..... and since i am born and brought up in India, as an Indian i will tell you that if your parents get to know that you, a girl, have a boyfriend, then that fact is frowned on...but if you are a boy and you have a girlfriend, then that's fine.....but in the end if you are born and brought up in India, you are expected to marry the person your parents choose for you to marry..... but when times are tough and you are girl and a single/unmarried woman and you are left alone at home, you still have your neighbors to keep an eye on you and if you need something or any kind of help, you know that you can ask your neighbors to help you

I went to an art therapist to work through my past abuse. Being able to go right into the subconscious of our mind and have it read by the therapist almost like a tarot reading, worked really well for me because there was so much that I didn’t even understand about myself and the way that I was feeling. I picked Pile 1 and it hardcore resonated with me, especially when you mentioned the guide having stoic energy and also wanting me to appreciate the present moment more. It's crazy you mentioned that because I was recently reflecting and thinking about the fact that a lot of times I've felt down in the past was due to not focusing on the present.
Also, I have a feeling that the main spirit guide in that pile might be the Crone Mother, Saturn. Modern astrology likes Saturn to a masculine energy and calls it Father Time, but it's actually a feminine planet and more in line with Crone/grandmother energy.

Readng about co-dependency and emotional/narcissistic abuse helped me to see that the relationship I'd been in was extremely abusive. After getting out, I spent a while in therapy working through PTSD and figuring out what my attachment patterns were stemming form. Super empowering and healing. In the end, I felt like it all happened for a reason, so that I could evolve within myself and learn how to recognize red flags immediately.
