They missed the perfect opportunity to make Heisenberg into a machine werewolf(he had some traits) Or a Machinical horse (as seen in the storybook cutscene). Given his ability to merge his body into anything that is metal. Heisenberg could take any more he wanted. I was not expecting the tank monstrosity. It was kind of a letdown.
