I feel bad for the baby ducks in the medal tub 0:19 ☹️ hope someone buys them for the purpose of new home and as pets. Absolutely great finds & video! Wish we had more military surplus stores and flea markets around here. Unfortunately getting that stuff is hard enough considering collecting military stuff is a big hobby or people do actually keep their stuff. Either to be passed down or own personal collection. Though I’ve resorted to eBay or antique stores to find my military items. Thanks for the video and keep on posting!
I lived in Ca - US, for 3 years, I worked in a Military surplus store .. and this is the kind of stuff I missed more... the military ones are really cool... Here in Brazil, unfortunately we lack of events like flea market. Cool videos. Thanks for sharing.
Good video! I like the conversation you have with the guy selling militaria at around 21:40. No offence, but so typical the times I have gotten a table at an antique or militaria show when I decide to try and sell some of my militaria. People browsing your table, handling your stuff but telling you more about what they have as opposed to what you are trying to sell. I am a friendly dude and will engage in conversation but man, in my mind I am saying Dude, are you going to freaking buy it?
lol I know what you mean. This dealer and I have been trading for a very long time, very familiar with him, we always have conversations. Normally I don't tell stories about what I do and don't have.
Just found your channel love the content very informative with no BS. As a child I was interested in history, and my friends would make fun of me....for collecting militaria and historical period pieces. Guessing that most of them are not laughing now.
So I’m wondering if this is a typical flea market in a local region near you? Do these types of things happen every weekend or was this a specificity advertised event? You see, up here deep in the Rocky Mountains one does not see a lot of these take place. Can you let me know the area/region, how often and if their advertised, are they in the local papers or advertised on the internet. Thanks Much. This was very interesting to me to watch all the available stuff offered.
Hey, thank you for watching this flea market has been every Sunday for 20 years or more. It’s here every Sunday. We also have another one on Saturday in a different city nearby and there are flea markets everywhere around our region here in north eastern Tennessee.
