I loved that you include difference difficulties of the same exercise. I just learned I have knocked knees this year. When I started stretching and learning my body I realized my legs were a mess. Toes walking since I was a kid, duck feet, weak knobby knees I know it's going to be a challenge to correct them.

Hey David Thurin! 🌟 Flexy Joints has me seriously impressed - what a game-changer for joint health! 🙌 Being someone super into mobility and all, I couldn't help but get excited about it. Here's the thing: I'm in India, and unfortunately, the product isn't available for us here. 😔 But hey, how about spreading the Flexy magic to India too? We've got a whole bunch of folks eagerly waiting for a delicious joint health solution like this. 🇮🇳 Just a thought - it could be a win-win! Thanks for considering, you're onto something awesome!

Well that's all well and good when you have the mobility to even get into the position, one can build on the strength to do it.. But when lacking the mobility to, there is a mysterious question as to why. Like most people in my family and I think even the women, can't get their heels to their bum. I'm not sure that one can really say that everybody that can't now get their heel to their bum, is capable of it. Maybe there are different causes that prevent it. Some people have a short bicep belly , it can't be lengthened. Similarly, maybe some people's hamstrings or quads just won't stretch that far. I'm not even sure that i'd have been able to do it as a child I have no issue building strength.. Many years back, with muscle size like you, I was doing pullups with my own bodyweight on my back, super strength. And I ave in the past done squats with 2.5* bodyweight at 68kg bodyweight and could've done more. But getting heels to bum, nope. I do appreciate you putting your material out there, showing how one can have great strength without huge much muscle size, and your flexiblilty with it is awesome.
