Wanted to mention: told my friend this morning about Medicare approving Zepbound for sleep apnea yesterday, she immediately called her part D(Medicare Drug) insurance carrier along with having Dr. prescription and she was approved immediately. So bottom line Today is the 1st official day and there were zero issues.
My husband and I just signed up for the downsized cruise in June. Looking forward to it. It will be our 20th anniversary and my husband‘s 80th birthday. I have lost 74 pounds on Zepbound with 11 pounds to go. Your channel has helped me a lot to succeed in my journey. Looking forward to meeting you on the cruise.
Back in the saddle after an erratic 6 weeks of cruising then other travels. Was off my compounded semaglutide for 2 weeks during that time, ate well and gained a little over 4 pounds. Good times... but it was a good break. Had my 2nd .50 today and got hit with the sleepiness. These first three grey winter months of the year are great periods of time to restrict calories and the medication helps.
I picked up compounded Tirzepatide last night at Midwest Compounders. They had a QR code that I scanned to let Eli Lilly know that we want compounded Tirzepatide to stick around! It was kind of like a petition. I've been taking it for 12 weeks now.
@@thedownsized I'm not sure if the info went directly to Eli Lilly or who but it was basically saying I want to be able to purchase compounded Tirzepatide.
Hello to both of you! Love your shows!!! I am a 70 year old lady. I am from Indy, In. I am on Ozempic .5 for 10 weeks now. I have lost 27 lbs. so far. I have 40 more to go. Lately I gained 5 lbs!! Yikes! I do exactly what I am suppose to do on the “program”. Any suggestions?♥️
Of course talk to your doctor. It may be time to move up in dose. Also eat protein first, drink water, exercise. You can also track your calories and really look at what you're eating. Good luck!
Its not so much a specific brand as looking for a few key things: Made in Italy or product of italy, Durum Wheat as the first ingredient and Bronze Cut: we buy the stores brand a lot so at Kroger it is their Private Selection Italian Pasta, at Publix its their Publix Premium Italian Pasta, and at Aldi has it in their Priano and Specially Select brand, Target has it in their Good & Gather black packaging. Or you may find Raos and Dececco they also typically have significantly more protein

Hi guys!!!! I spoke with Mochi rep today regarding 3 month supply. I’m taking 6.6mg for 4 weeks then going to 8.8mg. The rep stated that doses have to be the same for 3 months. Did anyone hear anything different?
I’ve reached out to 7 top name pharmacies they all only sell the same dose for 3 months. They don’t want for you to titrate up for whatever medical reason. On Reddit some people request a higher level 3 x12.5 for stocking up purposes. Personally I stay with my level and 🤞I can get getting meds.

That kinda sounds like a bad idea to me - I would avoid giving my info to Eli Lilly going forward if I were you.
