I think you should change the rules of guessing a formation, because of course I am going to change it rather than risking it for just 1 more trump card which won’t even effect your gameplay. I think you should have the choice of:
1 - Changing your opponent’s formation
2 - Cancelling their Chem Breaker and Position Change allowance (no icons, fire and ice cards, mental position changes etc.)
3 - Earning a second Chem Breaker yourself
This way, it can actually mean something when you guess someone’s formation
