Whenever I watch your vlogs I always think that you made the right decision to retire earlier and enjoy life and travel. Shortly after my dad retired 12 years ago he got cancer for the first time. He worked so hard day and night (he worked as a doctor). Now he has cancer for the third time and it's terminal, he can't do anything and it's heavy on my heart. He always said: I'll do it next year or one day. I always say: I do it now, even if I have less time. I travel as much as I can. Who knows what happens next year. Very enjoyable vlog, thank you for taking us along. Scotland is lovely 😊. Greetings from the hot Frankfurt 🥵

I particularly love your UK and Irish tours:) They give me that ‘Ah Bisto’ feeling (like a warm hug from home) when I watch them. While waiting for this upload I have been following your Norway trip. Asparagus Chicken Ingredients 500g chicken thighs (boneless) 2 cans Campbells condensed Cream of Asparagus Soup 1 Sm Sour Cream 1 Red Capsicum 2 Red Onions 1 Med Zucchini 1 Sm Broccoli head Chives Salt & Pepper Jasmine Rice Method * Dice onion, zucchini, capsicum into chunky pieces * Dice chicken chunky * Heat oil, saute onions * Add zucchini & capsicum * Add chicken * After about 5 minutes, add soup, sour cream & chives and stir until all ingredients have combined * Add salt & pepper to taste * Turn heat down and cook for 30 minutes, stirring often. * Add the broccoli about 10 minutes before it is ready, so that it isn’t too mushy when served. * Cook jasmine rice to serve with it. You can adjust this to make the amount smaller since there is only the two of you.

Jasmine Rice
Method
* Dice onion, zucchini, capsicum into chunky pieces
* Dice chicken chunky
* Heat oil, saute onions
* Add zucchini & capsicum
* Add chicken
* After about 5 minutes, add soup, sour cream & chives and stir until all ingredients have combined
* Add salt & pepper to taste
* Turn heat down and cook for 30 minutes, stirring often.
* Add the broccoli about 10 minutes before it is ready, so that it isn’t too mushy when served.
* Cook jasmine rice to serve with it.
You can adjust this to make the amount smaller since there is only the two of you.
Thanks for the recipe. Will have to give it a try 😀👍

Sone beautiful park up stops.
Thank for yet another interesting video on your journey’s in Scotland, such a shame that the beautiful chapel was not open for a interesting glimpse inside, maybe next time. I will be making a trip to Galloway in Scotland first week of October in my caravan.
