I think he means actually taking it out of the sack and inspecting it..... if all is well I'd hope they'd put it back but if not then they remove it

First a doctor (like a general practitioner feels for a lump). Then he or she sends you to a specialist who does ultrasound. Based upon what the test reveals, they schedule you for an orchiectomy which is permanent removal of the testicle. Then they send it to the lab where they confirm their suspicions.

Hi, in my opinion, we are talking about self health and I think it isn't a good Idea to say go treat your self as you never say for example someone that just had a head traumatism to touch their head , or someone that has hearth pain to take a shower. So this is very important and you could help by promoting that every boy or man have access to a healthy sex life, and that means that is their responsibility, and I think hot young doctors girls and nurses can start in this serious problem and relive that pain by releasing as much sperm as they can, both doctor and nurse. Having a healthy sexual life isn''t just a need but a human being right too, so again, is the task of a hot chick doctor and nurse too, to be sure by all means that their patient leave the room healthier that when he entered. So please, this is a serious topic, it's a bad suggestion that senseless suggestion about touching your self after a shower as if it's that easy to be sure that you have no sickness. Tell them and start promoting that every guy deserves to have a healthy sex life, because life is hard and when you break up with your girlfriend or whatever you need to be taking care of by a hot Health profesional. And the same thing about girls, you can seek volunteers to give them what they deserve, not matter if they been bad bad girls. This should be public obviously.
