- You need to know those little words to sound like a real French person! I speak of course of words like euh, bah, bon, bof or hein! There are called interjections. They are pretty hard to understand for French learners but they are super important to fully understand the French language and its nuances. And intonation is key because the same word can mean several things according to the intonation and the context! So today, I teach you several French interjections and show you how to use them to sound like a real French!

Almost all those expressions we also have in Brazilian Portuguese with different spelling, but they're pronounced the same way, with the same meaning, like "ah", "aïe", "bon", "ah bon", "euh", "hein", "pfff", and in the southern states, also the "bah". @@pieceoffrench Non, pas dans le cas de l'interjection, qui existe en anglais comme "phew" et en espagnol comme "uff". Ce sont des homonymes.
