Price of breakfast, if I remember correctly, was around 80 to 100 riyals. I might be mistaken, but that's what I remember. Whereas on trip adviser, it's 90 riyals.

This is Swissotel Al Makam hotel (Clock Tower) - Restaurant name is Al Khairat
There are many hotels in different towers of clock tower... Like Fair Mont.. Pulman... Swiss... Move & pick etc...

No. You have to pay for breakfast either while booking or at the hotel. It is not free
