I would say, if Nate wins, many would see it as one of the greatest victories in UFC history. Considering Nate's story. His legacy. His fanbase and the way UFC is feeding him to the wolves, so to speak. This would be incredible. Im rooting for Nate as I always do, but I realise that this game is ruthless and we have seen it one too many times when these up and comers put the final nail in the careers of these ageing veterans.

I hope Khamzat will be more patient and cautious than his last fight. Everybody seems to take for granted he'll smash Diaz, but Diaz is one of if not the most durable fighter with no seemingly no limits to his cardio. I wouldn't want to see Khamzat dominate 4 rounds and then get clipped or subbed in the 5th, which to me is definitely a likely possibility.

Khamzat won't be patient with Nate because he has that typical "I take his head off" attitude and to think like that especially when dealing with a fighter like Nate...it's not gonna be a cake walk for Khamzat. Nate is highly durable but all that scar tissue is gonna be his downfall if the fight goes to the championship rounds. Nate Diaz isn't a Gilbert Burns and if Khamzat got tested by Gilbert, then there's no telling what Nate is gonna do.

Khamzat is gonna get frustrated at Nate's durability and try and take him down...which will be a HUGE mistake on Khamzat's part because Nate has crazy good jiu jitsu and can easily pull off a submission and besides Nate has a better gas tank than Khamzat. I'm rooting for both of them. Both incredible in their own regard but Nate already has all the respect in the world for what he's done. It's time to pass the torch to a worthy opponent if Khamzat wins.
