I was in the parking lot one day and saw an old Deluxe Lista workbench sitting out in the rain next to the scrap bin. I decided to drag it in, let it dry, and start a new after work project. I wondered if I could restore it to match my Snap On Master Series Roll Cab? Just because you make use of old, cheap, or gifted equipment doesn't mean that you can't have a theme. Was I able to pull it off? Let's watch and find out.

Great job! It looks phenomenal. I wish more people took the time to revitalize things like this rather than scrapping it.

Thank you for the compliment. I enjoy building or restoring things. More rewarding than buying a new one. Next time I might go with a less glossy finish. What do you think? Nobody puts anything on it. They think it's still wet. Lol.

Thanks. I didn't think the top would take so much finish. Once I started, I couldn't stop until I got a uniform finish. Maybe next time I'll go a lower gloss finish.
