For example Simon and Garfunkels Kathys Song, or Bob Dylans Don't Think Twice, It's Alright. In terms of learning Elliotts style I would suggest studying The Biggest Lie. The picking pattern and chords are (relatively speaking) quite simple. For this reason, it's a great song to learn for his style of alternating thumb picking and strumming. It may take a while to get the hang of it, but with practise and patience you'll get there. The trick is to start slow and build it up to speed. I hope this helps!
