Recommend Toyota hilux. 2.5d or the 2.4d. Require less maintenance materials.
Sufficient for your kind of work.

There's a practice of removing parts from your vehicle to repair other vehicle creating a constant cycle of return repairs. There are NOT many competent mechanics in Gambia. This has been a gripe of the diaspora. The faults are NEVER fixed.

He probably needs your scrapped vehicles parts, to repair other vehicles or to barter, so he waits for you to get so frustrated with the length of time he is holding your vehicle, you just give the vehicles away to him for free or for pennies on the dollar!

Wrong, it doesn’t work like that here if a mechanic messes up your vehicle the police goes after them, so it’s a whole different world

@@blackacresofthegambia That is good to know, that Gambians aren't out to swindle you! But, their so fixated on practicing their Muslim religion! Recommend a Toyota 4RUNNER or Hilux 4wd. Tundra is good but the engine is a huge V 8. You take it too easy on that mechanic, can be soft in Gambia or you get taken.
There's a post office in Turntable besides the Africel office.
