It was a slummy house in St. Louis, so I'm not surprised with what she got away with... but there was one thing that creeped me out the most: she wouldn't enter unannounced, but she would knock on my grandma's window in the middle of the night to talk.
You can't be made to pay for someone else's property in any state, unless you caused the damage. In which case, they would need proof of the damage and the state of the house from before and probably also have to take you to court to get that enforced, if need be.
Just so you know IIRC there are some states where they can enter without having to let you know and some states where they can enter and they just have to let you know after the fact. It depends on what level of protection renters are afforded in a given state and that varies state to state.

Maybe it's just a difference in perspectives, but I've seen clips of his stuff and while it's funny, it's nothing amazing or even different from the tropes he plays up. That being the victim humor, it's just not my cup of tea and never has been. I've seen Comedians do SNL skits of this trope, not make it their entire comedic facade.

I like how each one added something from the last that was good. 1st one did a great job with the antagonist and hiding. 2nd one had good storytelling (and driving). 3rd had peeing. 4th had amazing horror. The 5th mixed all of these together and made it easily the best one out of all of them.

funny thing. I live in Vermont, about 40 minutes from Woodbury. When the guy says there aren't any cops in Woodbury, he's not exactly lying. There is a state police barracks nearby, but its about 30 minutes away in Berlin, VT. Plus, the closest sheriff's office is about 28 minutes away.
Honestly, I appreciate IGP for sticking to what he does and actually playing games through, making the varied content he does and everything. So many of my favorite RUclipsrs have stripped away so many facets of what they were over the years that I find myself saddened a little when going back to their channels. But IGP is like a boulder amidst a storm. Changing, here and there but always for the better
I feel that. A lot of my favorite RUclipsrs have just fallen off and it’s sad. I guess everyone has to move on and I understand the gig isn’t always sunshine and rainbows, but it does suck when you can tell they’re rushing through games just for content.

Man, I love how much more detail there is compared to the first few episodes. Going into a pizza place and just immersing yourself in it with all the fake ads and music and everything. Gives it kind of a cozy vibe, much like the last one did with its opening. I'm a big fan of slow burn stuff like this, especially when it's relatable to an extent. Definitely can feel the vibes of that place and imagine myself there, and that's always a good sign when a game makes you feel that way.

These FTF chapters have evolved so much from the start. They really have something special here. They capture nostalgia and everyday occurrences in such a way that make the scenarios so believable. I love the mix of cozy and comforting with truly unnerving scary situations. I really hope this developer keeps making content, and only expands upon a truly great foundation. Caseoh and the other VO were awsome in this.

Oh. My. God. - This video absolutely MADE MY DAY! I know it's supposed to be Horror, BUT I was tearing up laughing over the weird interactions, the awsome humor of the devs and first and foremost IGP's hilarious commenting and gameplay. Thank you so much for this
(Other than Minecraft) This is one of the most recognizable games for me. The sounds, music, classic yellow captions, visuals all that stuff are all so recognizable. I remember my sister was watching it on her iPad in the living room and when I saw the yellow captions I was like “you enjoying the new episode of Fears To Fathom?” Over her shoulder. I love the end credits of these games too. The music just gives such good feelings of relief and comfort right after a “chase scene”. Something about hiding in the closet trying to be quiet and hide from the man, but soon hearing the voices of the people who you thought you couldn’t trust(from the players perspective) and suddenly feeling safe as the music plays while going down the stairs just weirdly gets me all like “wow, what a crazy journey, now the worst is over and its time to feel safe because you’re not alone anymore”. I fricking love these games.
I watched the video all the way through same with the rest of the series, and its always a feeling your left with after these, the feeling of being watched and all the episodes do a really good job at that, but this one in my opinion did it the best.
Going through this video for the second time, and between REVEIL, NO ONES ONLINE, SCP: Descent, Homeless, Still Wakes the Deep, and Pools, the last few games have been really great. I’d love to see more story driven games like these, they’ve been a favorite of mine for awhile now.

These are so much creepier than most of the other horror games I've seen on this channel. The atmospheres are always unnerving and the characters are definitely textbook uncanny valley.

I did janitorial work for my college 16 years ago. The women's restrooms were on average 10x worse than the men's.

(Other than Minecraft) This is one of the most recognizable games for me. The sounds, music, classic yellow captions, visuals all that stuff are all so recognizable. I remember my sister was watching it on her iPad in the living room and when I saw the yellow captions I was like “you enjoying the new episode of Fears To Fathom?” Over her shoulder.
I love the end credits of these games too. The music just gives such good feelings of relief and comfort right after a “chase scene”. Something about hiding in the closet trying to be quiet and hide from the man, but soon hearing the voices of the people who you thought you couldn’t trust(from the players perspective) and suddenly feeling safe as the music plays while going down the stairs just weirdly gets me all like “wow, what a crazy journey, now the worst is over and its time to feel safe because you’re not alone anymore”.
I fricking love these games.

I watched the video all the way through same with the rest of the series, and its always a feeling your left with after these, the feeling of being watched and all the episodes do a really good job at that, but this one in my opinion did it the best.

Going through this video for the second time, and between REVEIL, NO ONES ONLINE, SCP: Descent, Homeless, Still Wakes the Deep, and Pools, the last few games have been really great. I’d love to see more story driven games like these, they’ve been a favorite of mine for awhile now.
These games teach us this- nothing in the world is scarier than a man who thinks he knows what he deserves.
They literally just don’t give up even when there’s clear signs of them not being wanted right in front of their face.
I avoided watching everyone else's playthrough , so I could watch yours. I knew you'd do one and it did not disappoint. I was on the edge of my seat. This one got me more the the firewatch episode.

Bro....over the last 2 years I have steadily become more and more of a huge fan....everything from the comedy on multiplayers to the production value to the scares dude you are the man! I went through the worst 2 years of my entire life due to a really nasty divorce and SOOO many times seeing your notifications pop up would rip me out of a shitty mood or depression and give me something to look forward too and know that I was going to be entertained...get to actually laugh and most importantly distract me from the chaos going on in my life......I just really wanted to thank you for that!

These are so much creepier than most of the other horror games I've seen on this channel. The atmospheres are always unnerving and the characters are definitely textbook uncanny valley.
IGP is going between being a bad person to the kindest person to be around through a good chunk of the vid (didn't completely watch it yet but don't want to forget the comment before writing it) but only on hunches and I like it and kinda hate it at once.

Most criminals bitch out-rightfully so-when there's a really fast piece of metal flying in their direction accompanied by a loud bang.
While we're at it having one while the bad guy doesn't would make the situation way better, assuming you train to use your firearm.
