You should submit the image in the video as recognizable people or property : no. Plus keywords are very important for ranking the keywords provided by adobe stock are not always accurate. You should check the keywords before submitting because in your image there isn't any keyword related to 'valentine'. Plus there are some irrelevant keywords like 'christmas'.
