Had my XM4s since 2020. Love them. No swivel problems but I've been very careful in handling them. Refer to other YT videos for eliminating feedback noise (it's an easy fix). Phone calls are horrible, though, unless you're at home. When they fall apart, I'll consider the XM5s (which are apparently great w/calls). Thanks for the comparisons!
