I published our chatbot about a 3 or 4 days ago and we still do not receive a response from the chatbot in Teams but everything works in the test environment. Any suggestions?
I have two questions, can people who do not have copilot studio user license be able to chat with the bot in the teams? Also I added my chat bot but it doesnt reply at all but does teply in the copilot studio. Is there a fix for that?
Hi WhatsGoodMate, User need to have copilot studio user license inorder to author and test a bot. However, if you publish your copilot in web - you need not have any license required to access copilot. Regarding copilot conversation reply, you must republish the copilot and check again. Some publishing glitch might have happened.
Why doesn't the copilot button appear in my Teams application? I have a business account, I am the administrator and I purchased microsoft for 365 business and copilot for microsoft 365 with the Teams option.
Hi Victor, Thanks for the comments. Do you have sideloading of apps enabled in Teams. Also, once you publish the apps in Teams it might take some time for it to appear. Try signing out and signing in again and check. Thanks.
@Girish, could you share the steps to integrate the ServiceNow with custom copilot on Copilot studio as I need to fetch/action on Incident/task details from the chatbot...
Hello Gurmeet - Make sure you save and publish both and also ensure that you see the update message (save and publish being completed). I encountered that for couple of times. Only option we have now is to just republish. Thanks.
Thnahs for sharring, I am facing the issue durring updating the bot. It seems like the bot does not get updated in the Teams so I need to uninstall the bot after each update :(

Hi TAMILSELVAN, Currently I do not have an instance of ServiceNow to demonstrate. Once i get it provisioned i should be able to show you the steps.
I had published our copilot 2 days back, I made some changes and republished it but I don't see the updates.

Yes. It's bit clumsy at the moment. Soon Microsoft will fix that user experience though.

Hi Frico - Please authenticate yourself. Make sure you have access to sideload apps in Microsoft teams.
