Anxiety is definitely hard to go through especially social anxiety….but the fact that you’re not allowing it to get the best of you, and you’re pushing yourself to geo out to these events and actually be involved with meeting new people….that takes so much bravery and courage. Sometimes when I go into the city I bring a few mindfulness meditation books with me like 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels or the Tao Te Ching. I'll just stop somewhere quick, like a coffee house or cafe, and do some exercises. City triggers my anxiety sometimes.
I am older than you, but it’s so fun watching your vlogs. I think you should be okay with saying NO. As you grow up you learn that your inner peace and mental health are way more important. I guarantee there will be more opportunities come about ❤
