What does the last experiment? Was it no conversion tracking at all- then what was bidding strategy manual bidding or smart bidding? Anyone can help understand that part. It sounds like interesting experiment and would like to try.
Does this work for brand new local lead gen campaigns? Can i just change the converion goals that are valuable to me like "calls & form submissions" to secondary and add a conversion goal that i know will not generate any conversions? just so google doesn't know whats actually valuable to me. Thanks
John, what’s your current strategy for reporting lead quality to Google (offline conversions)? My thoughts are that the lead form conversion totals are less impacted here if those aren’t tied to offline conversions also being reported in Google for lead quality.
How often do you experiment with this? Assuming you cannot not let the conversion which is not converting not convert indefinitely. Google eventually catches on and you need to recalibrate, yes?
sometimes higher places give you better leads, because if the customer is very bad, that’s mean that business on first position didn’t help him and now this “bad” customer is writing to you and big chance that you won’t help him too
@@romanboiarchuk2048 that totally depends on the type of service you offer. If you are a plumber then the 1st position is the best, but if you offer a high-ticket service with a long customer journey it is the opposite.
*I'm excited to refine my Google Ads approach using your advice!*
John's the toughest scariest nerd I've set eyes upon. I mean that in the best way possible.

Can John make a video about his tattoos?
Are you in pay per call business too?
We are not. You can view our core services here: sol8.com/digital-marketing-services/
The lower positions have better quality leads and lower cost. Absolute top position has a lot of zombie clicks.
