- some sunday special fun with 3rd placed pachy. carno isn't that much threat, but utahs are. I still struggle with alt attack timing and blood drops quite fast. mud pools are pretty far, even if they are close XD

I'm very bad at multitasking, was focused on carno, heard big footsteps from left and was like 2nd carno! attack! ... then I pushed the wrong button and 3-called you... was so unlucky. or to keep it real, I totally messed up :( ... sry mate. and thx for still hanging out with me after, was fun
@@da.mombie Haha that's ok 😂 I know it was accident because you didn't do it again, that was great hanging out with that pachy and finding out it was you makes it even better ^.^ I love going around the map and having adventures, staying in one place like oasis makes it boring for me, my last adventure was sad as my adult teno and 5 babies got stuck in the mountains, they started dropping dead from hunger and thirst, it was super sad, then it was just me and baby pachy, I died from falling very far down and all I could hear was baby calling from the top mountain, to this day I do t know if he made it down or just faded away up there with the wind...
@@MattCorbz what lovely, but also sad stories. sounds like you have a similar playstyle. yeah, I know this moment, when you explore and suddenly stuck somewhere or "just" fall down a cliff. I know most of the map parts very well. still, I fall down somewhere pretty frequently ^^
Nice places you went to with that Teno. Good nesting spots too, hopefully with more herbi food around. And the pumpinks, someone really had fun with that! Lol!

Loved the video ❤️😍.Also in my opinion Utah is the most powerful carnivore since it can take down every playable and can escape from that atleast that's what I've experienced since playing both Utah and carno.
utah is the dino you need most skills for (imo). it was at Legacy already. it is a beast and you can take down nearly every prey. BUT, you have to play without mistakes, something I always struggle to do XD ... 'cause one mistake is mostly your death, specially vs bigger prey.

Oh my god, when you hit that teno ... it reminded me of the day I (adult pachy) accidentally hit and killed a baby teno! I thought it was a juvi utah (who had been pestering me for almost an hour). I've never felt so bad, and not being able to say sorry to it made it so much worse!
sounds bad. sadly this happens to me many times, I also feel very bad then. but after all, you didn't on purpose, so don't be too harsh to yourself

It’s easier for me as a pachy to fight carnos, since their turn radius is larger than the entire island, but Utahs…. I’ve lost my Pachys EVERY TIME to Utahs
yeah, carno are pretty chilled to vs with pachy. vs utah I have to find a strategy as well. right now, it doesn't work out well, as you saw XD
@@da.mombie I think the strategy is wait for them to fail the pounce than bonk them senseless. Or if that doesn’t work, just wait wait for them to try and hit you and smack their face, maybe? 😅
Really? i find it super easy to kill pachys as carno, maybe its because I sneak around as carno and when I see a distracted pachy I charge and bite they're heads 2 times while stunned and they die.
@@SavageBoricua yeah, ambush is still the best tactic. with the sprint mechanics at Legacy I played way more with ambush. if a carno catch you off guard, then you have not many chances anymore. still, in a 1vs1 without ambush, I prefer to vs carno over utah with my pachy. but, doesn't mean I beat every carno, 'cause it always depends on the player.

yeah, I felt so bad. was so typical me. focused on carno, heard big footsteps fromthe left side behind tree and thought 2nd carno ^^ ... I'm not good in multitasking XD

I didn't buck the second time, 'cause it took so long the first time. I wanted to run into water to get utah off. but, nothing worked out like I wanted in this fight. I have to practise alt attack way more. so bad with timing.

why u not playing in free grow server for one video? so its not making not wait to grow (idk did i say correct)
I don't like free grows to be honest. I also did already, heaven server gave me a free grow as deino once. at Legacy I also used my teutonic coins to buy some dinos, but less.
it is a different feeling. nothing to lose = less fear, less frustration and therefore also less satisfaction.
you are right, it would be more easy for the video. but, my videos are up for emotions. if I don't feel it, then you won't, I guess.
and last but not least, I like to grow dinos. it is fun to sneak around big boys to get some corpse they left XD
How do you get such good frames. I can barely get over 20
don't know. I have a RTX 3080, a Ryzen 9 5900X and 32GB RAM. all settings at max and FPS limited to 60 ('cause of recording). it barely drops below the 60. only with 20+ players around (mostly at lake) or at certain areas of the map. but, that is more a map "bug", I guess. 'cause it is always at the same areas. even without any players there.

do you have any FPS problems with Evrima? beside the lag with 20+ players around?
@@da.mombie No fps problems at all except when I'm around the pond in center with all the stegos pilling a bunch of bodies as usual smh, but that's an optimization problem in that area since its new.
@@SavageBoricua same. only at certain areas (mostly north) my frames drop. even without players. but, I guess that is more like a map bug. 'cause it is always at the same spots. and like you say, with too many players and bodies around. I had the 1080 before, the 3080 is such a difference. it is a hell of a GPU.
