    Ingredients:
    Prepare Spice Mix:
    -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbs
    -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) 1 tbs
    -Saunf (Fennel seeds) ½ tbs
    -Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tsp
    -Laung (Cloves) 3-4
    -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
    -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) ¼ tsp
    -Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
    -Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs
    -Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tbs
    -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tbs
    -Lemon juice 3 tbs
    -Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tbs
    -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
    -Tandoori masala 1 tbs
    -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
    -Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
    -Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) 1/8 tsp
    -Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
    -Sarson ka tel (Mustard oil) 2-3 tbs
    -Surmai (King fish) pieces 1 kg
    -Cooking oil 2 tbs
    -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
    Directions:
    Prepare Spice Mix:
    -In a frying pan,add cumin seeds,coriander seeds,fennel seeds,carom seeds,cloves,green cardamom, black peppercorns,black cardamom & dry roast until fragrant.
    -Let it cool.
    -In spice mixer,add roasted spices & grind coarsely.Spice mix is ready!
    -In a bowl,add yogurt,green chilli paste,garlic paste,lemon juice,prepared spice mix,Kashmiri red chilli powder,turmeric powder,tandoori masala,red chilli powder,salt,orange food color,dried fenugreek leaves,mustard oil & whisk well.
    -Add fish pieces,mix gently,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
    Option # 1: Frying
    -In a wok,add cooking oil & marinated fish,cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
    -Add fresh coriander,flip & fry on medium flame until done (5-6 minutes).
    Option # 2: Air Fry
    -Air fry in preheated air fryer at 170C for 12-15 minutes.
    -Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

    -Frying pan mein zeera,sabut dhania,saunf,ajwain,laung,hari elaichi,sabut kali mirch aur badi elaichi dal dein aur khushbu anay tak dry roast ker lein.
    -Thanda ker lein.
    -Spice mixer mein roasted spices dal dein aur coarsely grind ker lein.Spice mix tayyar hai.
    -Bowl mein dahi,hari mirch paste,lehsan paste,lemon juice,tayyar spice mix,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,haldi powder,tandoori masala,lal mirch powder,namak,zarda ka rang,kasuri methi aur sarson ka tel dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
    -Fish pieces dal ker gently mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
    Option # 1: Frying
    -Karahi mein cooking oil aur marinated fish dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
    -Hara dhania dal dein aur flip ker ka darmiyani ancch per fry ker lein (5-6 minutes).
    Option # 2: Air Fry
    -Preheated air fry mein 170C per 12-15 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
    -Hara dhania dal ker serve karein!
