OH man! You missed the log ride it has a dark ride section very fun little log ride. It's one of the musts when you are at Frontier City. Wish they had full staffing that way you could of gotten the full experience of the park. There is alot of fun interactive theme elements in the Park LIke Grandpa's Door, Uncle Bart in the outhouse,The Joke Telling Train Station Conductor and the snoring prisoner. I wish I was there when you were at the park could of shared some history with you with some of the buildings etc. The park has some deep roots in the theme park industry. Very interesting back story and connections to parks like Disney. This is my home park and I help run a local fan group of the park called Frontier City Thrills.

FYI - Six Flags just recently bought Frontier City. Glad to see that hey are making much needed repairs & improvements. Sad that so much was closed the day you visited. But it is looking so much better than the last time I visited. They might be short handed, but they are probably still working on the rides. Hope you will return someday. It looks like Six Flags is doing some great things to a park that needed lots of TLC.
The frog ride in timber town was a petting zoo a few years back and there was a wild kitty too. There is a little grave omage to it.

We're staying in OKC one night next July. Trying to decide on Frontier City or the Science Museum. Reviews say there's always a bunch of rides closed. Can't decide.
I was born in Oklahoma City and to be honest I don’t know much about the park because I lived in Oklahoma City for about 10 years and I only went when I was 5 years old so I wish I could go back and try to ride everything there

There is an indoor rollercoaster in the dark in one of the buildings, it's somewhere you wouldn't expect, at least it used to be

I remember riding the octopus with my aunt when I was like 4 or 5 and I swore we went upside down because we spun so much.

I live a hour from Frontier City and haven’t been in years. I live over 6 hours from Branson and we get season passes for Silver Dollar City and go at least 5 times a year!
