They changed a lot from the manga. Its weird that Mjurran was in the meeting. Originally, after Rimuru had confirmed the deaths of his comrades, Mjurran and the two guys defending her was put under arrest. Then in a private meeting, Rimuru is told everything that happened. The fights, the killings and the warning the army gave. However I do like they showed the fight scenes, instead of skipping over it. but it makes things harder to see everything in detail. This anime is still pretty good though.

Think about it Rimuru can gain resistance and skills while fighting and its always like that in LN, Rimuru grow stronger as he fights.
What myulan did doesn't makes sense. If she just denied clayman's order and killed herself Youm wouldn't die or at least monsters in tempest wouldn't die. if she follow clayman's order not only monsters in tempest will die, Youm still might die by the hands of rimuru or clayman himself.
Hinata is good but not op, rimuru almost lose because the barrier make monster weaker.. if 1vs1 without any barrier and fair fight i think rimuru Will win
