Unless something changed recently the Harrisburg Line ends at CP HARRIS adjacent to the Amtrak Station. The Pittsburgh Line continues west from there. The actual Harrisburg "Division" ends at CP CANNON, which is where this video was taken. I have some early 2000s employee timetables (both the Harrisburg and Pittsburgh Divisions) which both show the division post here. The dispatcher control matches this, as the Harrisburg Terminal Dispatcher (Harrisburg Division) controls from CANNON east and the Altoona East Dispatcher (Pittsburgh Division) controls the western side.
