Oh cool, each platform has their own protagonist in the demo. PS has Mido, switch has witch girl and steam has the character your currently playing. Thats pretty cool ! Nice showcase, im looking forward playing this character story
This boss theme is amazing 😍. Please for the love of the internet, upload a video of the track playing on the background without other sound effects!! This is amazing haha. Reminds me a lot of passionate rhythm in Romancing Saga Minstrel Song.
So looking forward to this one. I really like how they have so many different races this time, so characters can grow in different ways. Really missed that in Scarlet Graces. Also this song is really awesome? Amaya's song is also super cute!
“This is called a glimmer!” Thanks, Game, for telling me how almost every SaGa game has worked for… (*checks with Romancing SaGa 2*).. for THIRTY years! Ah. Looks interesting, regardless. 😛
Well, they do have a reputation for being a bit obtuse and not explaining their mechanics. It's nice to have the big ingame manual explaining everything in detail for a change!
Well, I've already pre-ordered the game, and I can't wait to try it out. I'm not a stickler when it comes to video game graphics, and it's not gonna be the the be-all and end-all for me specifically either when it comes to purchasing games. Besides, the game was developed in Unity and I'm okay with that. The game looks good to me and as long as it plays well, I'm not complaining.
You know, playing this has givin me a few head scratcher moments. Theres no speed up, no duel language, no skips and no auto. Eveything feels oddly dated at times. Pretty much a lot of the buttons are useless because they do the same as the progress button. And the battery and performance mode on the switch doesnt seem to do anything. Still has odd stutters regardless of mode and frankly looks the same.
Scarlet grace the previews game in the series was originally a vita exclusive, I imagine they made it with the switch in mind because it's where they hope it would sell the best@@bloodyidit4506
I real happy to have a new Saga game don't get me wrong, But this game is so aesthetically ugly. There's no style or clear art direction, almost like it was made from a unity asset store. The music is jamming as always but whatever this style is that they are sticking with is a real eyesore.
Yeah I pretty much agree with this. The game is honestly ugly as hell and the presentation is so stiff and boring. I've played a large number of JRPGs in my life by now, but we live in a post Persona 5 world. I'm not saying everything needs to be crazy stylish, but there should at least be coherent direction in the visuals. I can't tell WHAT this game is going for visually. It's putting me off though, maybe second only to the awful English voice performances.
@@TrueCrouton Doesn't even necessarily need to be pretty, Scarlet Grace was kinda ugly and cheap looking, but it at least had a stylistic choice that tied things together in a way that allowed you to look past it. Emerald Beyond makes it difficult to ignore and get over when everything feels like it's clashing with each other style wise. It really takes you out of it.

This game is looking and sounding great; this artstyle is looking better than ever. It's an exciting game to watch.

Hey another saga game!
The new scat song is soooo good, can't wait until we get a release of it.

Me and my friend encountered a different boss for this area but I do think this boss has way better music like damn

This demo was giving strong "what were they thinking" energy.

might have originally been developed as a mobile game.
It seems like there is a dual language option on the Steam version
Dual language on PC and if it's anything like Scarlet grace speed up is only available on NG+, however I don't mind dated games
