Welcome to istanbul Sergey. It's great to see you come to Istanbul. I'm from Istanbul. I'm learning Russian and I'm very interested in Russian culture. This video was really sincere for me, I felt very good emotions while watching it. Of course, it was very useful and educational, just like all your videos. I present my thanks and respect...
Welcome to Istanbul Sergey!🙋♀️💐 Thank you for showing our beautiful city Istanbul in your channel!🙏😌 I really appreciated it!🙏💐 It seems you really enjoyed your time here. That’s awesome. And I wish your sister and your family such a happy, long and healthy life with friends and loved ones!🙏 спасибо большое!❤
So welcome to istanbul Sergey, I am also living here, as I said my mom is Russian, please another time you will be in Istanbul, let us know about it, you can be our guest 😊🌷
hi sergey!! i really really really wanted to come to the meet up. ive been watching you for some time now. so i begged my mom and dad(VERY conservative just like more than half of turkeys population) to let me come. but i live very far away from the location youve picked and considering how long we would hang out, it'd be not so ideal for me to get home after. so i watched this video with a little bit of bitterweetness in my heart. but im hoping we could meet one day and i hope you enjoyed your stay in turkey!! thank you for the video it was so fun to watch
It's a shame you didn't make it. I felt the same about this year's polyglot gathering in Malta. Unfortunately I won't be able to travel there on those dates. But hey, maybe next time!
Elif, just don't understand why you are pitching the fact your parents are conservative as if was an illness. I think most of the Turkish youngsters are liked ''hacked'' in their brain. People with original Turkish soul are mostly abroad now. Not in Turkey
Hello! The video is great! Thank you! I wish your sister and her husband happiness, they look amazing together . I would like to touch on some points. ♡ It is a bit difficult to understand why foreigners see Turkey as an eastern country. Turkey, as stated in many history books and as can be understood from its culture, is a combination of the East and the West. Geographically, it is a Balkan country located in Anatolia, in the Mediterranean. It is compared to Arab countries due to the religion of the majority, but this is not true at all. The majority of the population of countries such as Albania or Bosnia and Herzegovina is Muslim, but we are much more similar to these countries culturally. What I mean is that the understanding of 'Islam' is not the same in Turkey and Arab countries. We are governed by secularism and republic, and we shape our lifestyle not according to religions, but according to our own traditions and customs. The basis of this is Turkish culture, not Islam. Also, the conservative rate in the country varies between 10-12%. You may not think so, I just wanted to inform people as a Turk. Also, please choose 'Turkish' songs next time because the first song playing in the background never reflects us, interestingly many people use this melody. 😅 By the way, I am from Izmir, the local population here is more modern and contemporary than many European countries. ❤ I did not mean to offend anyone. Люблю тебя смотреть, еще раз спасибо.
