I am amazed at how much cheaper food is in other parts of the country. Here we pay so much higher prices. This type of video and the comments tell me a lot about the kind of prepper some people are. It is very interesting to learn about others and gather ideas from their comments.
*Aldi is a store from Germany. Their prices are amazing. I stay up in Aldi. Remember to extra rinse your foods once they are poured out of the cans. It's extra important. They have amazing tuna in packets as well. I've been making my butter with coconut oil, olive oil & sea salt. It's amazing and tastes great, and easy on your digestive system..*
Keep an eye out at your local Walmart Stores. I found Stove Top Stuffing Mix ( assorted flavors ) and Ocean Spray Whole & Jellied Cranberry Sauce on clearance for $1 . I grabbed a flat of 12 each !
Yes they were .. I would also recommend watching their clearance on seasonal baking items / products. Walmart After Christmas Clearance on the Holiday Baking Items is Great ! I scored last year on Holiday Cake Mixes and Frostings. I paid just under .50 cents each .
Aldi is my main store for picking up Prepper Pantry items. It's funny, my Wife and I will be in Publix and pass on buying a lot of items because we know we can get it cheaper at Aldi. (IE: eggs) Also, it's my main source of bottled water, gallon as well as 16.9 oz.
They also carry some items from Europe that are safer to eat due to American corporations adding chemicals that are banned in Europe. As an example, I took a look at a cereal label and noticed that it didn’t use dyes but fruit and vegetable as a coloring agent. If it comes from Europe, then grab it…
The Indiana Aldi prices are the same. I pulled their low sodium taco seasoning and canned red kidney beans out of my pantry to add to our taco meal tonight. Yum!
We moved to Panama and canned beans are pricey, mostly because they're imports. But dry beans are under $2 so I can, can 8 jars and put into my pantry. I miss having an Aldi's.
Great video. Supposed to be having a Aldi coming to town soon. I vacuum seal powered milk to always have on hand. On your last video I want to try solar cooking. And would recommend people who raise a garden to keep their seed , preferably from heirloom plants

Sounds delish!
Looks like a pretty good haul. My Aldi always looks like a tornado hit it with very few options.
Oh no! I hope it can improve!
Cuuteeeeee 🥰🤗
I’m a newer subscriber! Thanks for the info 😊I’ll have to check out an Aldi!
Welcome! I hope you enjoy the store! ☺️
Man you kill the deals. I need to be better about it. Our monthly grocery bill is ridiculous.

Thank you for sharing! What part of Panama did you move to?

I think you’ll really enjoy solar cooking! It’s very gratifying to cook without fire or electricity. Also, great suggestion about seed saving!
@ saving seed could be a good barter/ trade item
The 3 pound bag of rice in Ne is $2.95.

In all seriousness. Please don’t eat to many beans. Buy some canned fish like Mackerel for $3 a can. Its better nutrition than beans
I see your point, but variety may be what keeps you sane in trying times.
