Westerners have children, nurture them well and aware and as Alan says try to convey the message to live in the present and do meditation😊 as Asian Muslim I say do not let yourself go extinct.. you are somehow the hope for a better world with all the grievances of western past 😊
Don’t wait til you retire to enjoy your life
I'm happy to hear "human race".
Instead of those races that people create to set others apart.
To anyone here right now , everything is temporary..
you are exactly where you need to be right now..
you are loved

It baffles me that even though the people who take life seriously are abundant and the evidence this mindset leads to misery is everywhere around us, this rotten perspective of viewing life seems to be thriving.
alan watts: the real world is an illusion
also alan watts: u need good parenting skills
Do not forget the past
Do not ignore the present
And you will not fear the future.
Often hard to do but I am sure it is the right thing to try and do.
