I think Katie‘s age is showing. She’s tiring out really quickly, about round four. When she gets tired, she is falling into her opponent to tie them up and she’s leading with her head. The result is a head butt whether intentional or not the result.

Punch stats are only one part of the picture, Katie’s punches had more quality and greater hand speed. Pity about the clash of heads, it can happen when Orthodox meets Southpaw up close, not helped when one fighter has a crouched stance and the other stays upright with head up high. Very close though.
Orthodox vs Southpaw ... we get it. But Taylor's style causes damage even when it's orthodox vs orthodox. It infuriates me. Same when I was watching Josh Warrington at times.

I was the absolute opposite, Taylor’s punches lack power but Serrano had the cleaner better shots , look at the stats

Katie should really have been disqualified. The headbutting was a desperate attempt to stay in the fight when Katie knew she was about to be stopped!
