Mam now adays corporate life is very much harder mentally, You will have huge salary, 2 days week off, Team lunch etc but there is much pressure in It field mam..Thats why I took release from project and came on bench and started preparation for 9 months and wrote group 2 and scored 270 marks , Now I'm planning tp resign and sit for 2025 - last attempt for all group exams. I can't take that much pressure...For me Mental health, Peace , family time is imp...They are sucking our mental health in It sector , they expect us to work after office timings, Sometimes on week offs also so I decided to quit and focus on govt exams..I hope I will crack the best job in any of group 1 - group 4..

I know that There is no guarantee regarding notifications but ippud nunchi full year prepare avtuney I can crack...Doing job and preparing is next to impossible for me and they will not give leaves after notifications also for 3-4 months... Software field lo with out medical docs leaves istara ?
