There's a lightweight version of the collection now, linked in the description of the normal one. There is also a lightweight reshade preset. Just use the Google doc to set everything up from there

Dude, what happened to the presence of footsteps (Escape From Tarkov, Half-Life: Alyx, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, and Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered 2019). Like all of them deleted.
