    Just moved to Palm Bay. Just have one question. When will the communications network get an overhaul? Internet and phone service seems to behind other cities of similar size.

      I know your comment is old but I'm gonna reply anyway. I've lived in Palm Bay since 2012. The reason it hasn't gotten better is the slow permitting process for internet utility work. The other issue is that lots of commercial land has been re-zoned to residential. So there's no space for new cell towers. Basically the city government has it in their head that more residents=more money=better city. When in reality they need a balance of residential commercial and industrial zoning yet they haven't done that and don't even consider it.

    20 years here and it keeps getting worse. Traffic is terrible but the town council keeps approving more housing. Homeless and meth heads everywhere. It's starting to look like little Haiti here. And an accused child molester as vice mayor. 🙄
