    LOVE your teaching method. Calm, deliberate, and inclusive. You leave nothing to the imagination. I tried crochet at about age10, 50 years ago and never really "got" it. Just sitting in on your video, I feel as confident as if I had always been a crochet girl. Thanks.

      Can I use 4-plie yarn?

    • @LINDA230651
      @LINDA230651 9 лет назад +2

      Karissa Segoviano Hi, just so you know, it's ply :o) [But I can't speak your language!] Here in UK 4-ply is finer yarn than DK (worsted?) so you would have to make them bigger.

    Hi HBC, just finished my HitchHiker shawl and had some yarn left over. Wanted to make something nice and quick to match by way of mittens and your pattern was just the thing. Thank you so much for such a great tutorial, very well presented, thus enabling me to follow without making mistakes haha. Going to do your other project with the ribbed effect on the cuff for my next project after my hols. Will be taking what I've just completed though to the colder climes of NZ on Wednesday to keep me warm as we chase a few Lions! Happy Days....
    Appreciate the time you take to putting these tutorials together, and as another podcaster explained how the procedure works, I don't skip the adverts - just a little something I can do so you can get a little back for all your work.
    Ciao for now,

    hi Laura! I love these mitts. I've made them before and the yarn i used was so pretty.
    i finished crocheting a wrap that i found on Fibre Flux. i wanted to use the left over yarn to make these mitts but it was so chunky that instead of 2 dc i did 1 dc. but even that did not work. i might knit a pair of mitts. less stress! ;)

    Lovely stitch...just thought if you ended on round 1, you have a nice little wreath for a Christmas tree...add a bit of red (border). Thanks for sharing and your instructions are very very clear!! I subscribed too!! Have a wonderful day!

    You have a very pleasant teaching voice. Your tutorial is clearly instructed. I will look for more of your work. I love this delicate, dainty, ladylike pattern for the gloves. Mine are beautiful just like yours. I don't know that I will use any other pattern. Thank you for teaching and sharing. Merry Christmas, Happy New Year.
