Sorry, I think I accidentally deleted this comment. The glide performance of the goat is very similar to a good recreational hang glider. It can certainly launch in no wind but it needs a wing runner to get it started. No licence is required, see FAR Part 103. For pilots who are not crazy there certainly is a maximum windspeed, it starts when you hold the nose hard down on the ground but the wheel is in the air.

Would be a good Idea to make Wing Protective Covers for Transporting .
So nothing can damage wing cloth.
From my hang gliding years, I am quite familiar with the idea of protective overall covers for transport, they were always used. However, I decided that for the Goat it was better to make the fabric tough and not to have covers. The covers are extra fuss (literally baggage) and not really needed since minor damage to the heat shrink fabric can be readily repaired. I put special pads on my car top rack for the Goat, but used no covers, and I had no problems with it, except when my tie-down job was inadequate. I felt that ease of assembly and transport was critical to making the plane practical.
