Looks great and glad it is available in South Africa. Keith you mentioned it has a max PV input of 1000V DC but the versions I could find in South Africa have an 800V DC max. When and where will the 12kw 3 phase Sunsynk hybrid inverter that can handle the 1000V DC be available from in South Africa?

Hello Keith. Great channel. A few questions. We have a 14kWp system that was formerly grid tied. We are thinking of replacing the old inverter on this plant which has 50 x 285W Poly Large Wafer JA panels - with the Sunsynk 3 phase 12kW hybrid inverter, because we are adding 3x5kW PylonTech battery storage. How do you pair the SunSYnk with a suitable panel as you commented in the video? Also does this inverter ship with CT's and Energy Meter or only CT's with the metering aspect embedded? What happens when a single phase is of grid is offline/outage. Will you draw from the other two phases and still charge DC side? Will UPS side of inverter then keep pulling from DC for all 3 phases? Or will passthrough work for 2 of them, and third will be at off grid limit ? What about grid tie feedback when one phase is down? Will there other two still still allow export?
Think home or office environment, not 3 phase motor world.

Hi Keith, need help, i had a 12kw 3phase sunsynk instaled, it only give 217 volt at inverter per phase, is there a way to push it up to 230v, help please.

Just a heads-up for anybody trying to gain some insight into this particular product. The statement by Keith that this inverter can supply 6Kw per phase off-grid, and up to 12Kw per phase grid-tied, is complete and utter nonsense. This has been confirmed with Sunsynk tech support. The unit can only supply 12Kw in total but CAN supply 6Kw on one phase, 4Kw on another, and 2Kw on the third phase - a TOTAL of 12Kw. The rest of the video may be accurate, but that particular statement is truly a load of BS and should be removed from the video as it is completely misleading, and subsequently casts doubt on everything else said - whether valid or not. That's not good.

hi, interesting comment, the Inverter is actually asymmetrical loading and could have 100% asymmetrical on grid and 50% of grid
