Dude Evergrey is one of the very few bands that absolutely blow your mind every single time. They haven't dissapointed me in the last like 3+ years of albums.
So I wandered in the desert of musical wasteland, mentally drowned in the sea of musical irrelevance, searching for new metal heaviness combined with spherical melodies. Close to despair and already digging the grave to bury my feelings and surrender to my boredom, Evergrey saved me (once again). Thank you Tom, Henrik, Rikard, Johan and (the world's best drummer for me for all time) Jonas for your passion and energy to paint our sky with hope and drown everything that kills our dreams! Looking forward to the new album! 🤘

I have never listen to EG singles/videos before album came out. I trust this boys. Just buying all vinyl color variants, wait till they will arrive and only then put a record on my turntable and crack volume to the skies. That’s how I find myself enjoying their albums in full complex experience.
I thought I know something about metal bands, been listening it like 40+ years now. How on earth I've missed Evergrey...? I know all the Göteborg death metal bands but this one came from bushes some time ago. I actually can't stop listening Evergrey right now. Not a single weak spot on any album I've been listening so far. Vocalist's tone is amazing, just love it. Absolutely perfect music guys, keep it coming!

It's like with the Seattle bands. All knows the numerous grunge bands from there, but everyone forgets a progressive metal giant like Nevermore was also from there. Evergrey and Nevermore do have quite some stuff in common. Even if one band is dark and the other one is rebellious and they have significantly different lyrics and music.

Such a true statement. Very few bands have been able to put out more than 3-4 top notch albums, I think Evergrey has done it many more than that!
